I read a post the other day where a training instructor described how during the early stages of one of his sessions on OKRs he realised that the slides and activities he’d lined up for his attendees weren’t right.
The sessions he’d planned were going to be too technical for the audience he had in front of him, which meant he had to think on his feet, and with some agility, switch out the programme for the rest of the session.
That’s real agility!
