What can you do to feel like you've achieved something?
We all know that feeling we get when we’ve gone through the day and we can say to ourselves “I’ve achieved something today”.
We also all know that feeling we get when we’ve gone through the day and we say to ourselves “What have we actually achieved today?”.
The question becomes how do we make sure we have more days like the first of these and fewer of the latter?
